Is there an Amazon Fresh driver job?
Not as a standalone listing on Amazon’s official pages. The driver program Amazon describes in its own words is Amazon Flex, and Amazon’s pages do not say whether Flex blocks include Amazon Fresh orders. Do not assume that every Flex block is a grocery order; the app shows what is offered in your area.
Amazon Flex requirements for grocery deliveries
Amazon states that if you are 21 or older with a valid license, a qualifying vehicle and a smartphone, you can start earning by delivering packages on your schedule.[3] The Flex hiring page describes delivery partners as independent contractors and adds a valid U.S. driver’s license and social security number, a mid-sized or larger vehicle and insurance, an iPhone or Android smartphone and a bank account.[4]
In practice the checklist looks like this:

Amazon’s pages do not say what kind of insurance policy it expects, so ask your insurer whether your policy covers business deliveries before you apply, because a personal policy may not.

How do Amazon Fresh delivery blocks work?
Flex runs on blocks. You open the app, choose from the available blocks that fit your schedule and start earning, and you can book days in advance or pick same-day opportunities, according to Amazon.[5] Amazon says routes are designed to match the scheduled block length, taking into account the number of stops, locations and historical weather and traffic, and that most partners finish early and can take breaks or run errands within the window. How much do Amazon Fresh drivers make?
Amazon does not publish a dedicated Amazon Fresh driver pay rate. What it does state about Flex in general is that partners know upfront what they will earn for each block, and that most make between $18 and $25 per hour depending on location and other factors, including tips and how long deliveries take. Amazon’s pages do not give an effective date for that range. Treat it as Amazon’s description of typical results, not a promise, and judge each block by the pay shown in the app.
Your real take-home is lower than the block pay, because you cover fuel, wear and tear and insurance, and because you are paid for blocks rather than for time spent waiting or driving between them.
